The European cooling appointment, Eurovent 2020 Summit is moved to its next edition from October 12 to 15, 2021 in Antalya, Turkey. Considered the main event in Europe, it is a key event for more than 500 representatives of process refrigeration, HVAC, and food cold chain technologies.
The edition will have as its main theme ‘Building bridges’, in order to bring the main refrigeration actors such as manufacturers and consultants, planners, installers, trade associations and policy makers towards more sustainable products and a more socially and environmentally responsible industry .
Uncertainty in the face of the crisis caused by COVID-19 has led the organization to postpone the event.
Eurovent is the European Industry Association for HVAC, process cooling and food cold chain technologies. It has more than 1,000 associated companies, most of them small and medium manufacturers that represent an annual turnover of more than 30 billion euros. These companies employ about 150,000 people in Europe that makes Eurovent one of the largest industry interregional committees of its kind.
Among its main challenges:
- Indoor air quality
- Energy efficiency
- Environmental challenges
