Design, assembly, and supervision of 3 diffusers
In this project, we designed and manufactured 3 diffuser rings with a 7,990 mm diameter and 2,440 mm height for a 3-cell cooling tower, incorporating a key functional improvement compared to previous models.
The new diffusers include an access door to the mechanical equipment area, a solution that directly facilitates inspection and maintenance tasks, allowing quicker and safer access to critical system components.
To ensure an efficient installation process, our technical team supervises the assembly of the diffusers, which are pre-assembled at ground level before being lifted into their final position on the tower. This methodology optimizes execution times and ensures precise on-site assembly.
